Part Request

Please enter the name and address of the payment method you will use to pay for your replacement part.

Choose a shipping method.

Parts are shipped via Ground, without tracking, at the customer’s expense. 2nd Day or Next Day is available for an additional charge. Please indicate your preference.

Please be as specific as possible with your request. For example, if you require a fader pot for a 552, please indicate that you need fader pot #2 on the front of the machine.
Detailed description (including color, location, etc.) will speed up fulfillment of your part request.

Repair Request

What address will the repaired product be returned to?
Do you require a signature for the return shipping?

Default shipping method is Ground. However, 2nd Day or Next Day is available for an additional change. Please indicate your preference.

*Note - Intermittent faults that occur rarely are difficult to isolate and resolve. Customers are encouraged to test and identify a process for duplicating intermittent faults before requesting an RA. Providing specific details of the events leading to a fault may significantly increase the likelihood of a successful repair.
